Security
How your FightBets login works, how to keep it safe, and the one rule that stops almost every scam.
Your FightBets account comes with a wallet that belongs to you. Keeping your login safe keeps your money safe, and it doesn't take much.
The one rule
FightBets staff will never ask for your login code, your password, your private key or your recovery phrase. Not by email, not in the chat, not in a support conversation. Nobody needs them to help you.
If someone asks, it's a scam, even if their name says "FightBets" or "Support". Don't reply. Tell support so we can deal with it.
Warning: Your email login code is the key to your account. Anyone who has it can sign in as you. Type it into fightbets.com and nowhere else.
How you sign in
You pick one of four ways when you create your account:
| Method | How it works |
|---|---|
| We send a login code to your inbox. You type it in. No password to remember. | |
| Sign in with your Google account. | |
| Passkey | Use your phone's or computer's face, fingerprint or PIN unlock. |
| Connect a wallet | Use a wallet app you already have, like MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Ledger, Rabby or Binance Wallet. |
Getting back into your account
How you recover your account depends on how you signed up.
- Email, Google or passkey: your wallet is tied to that login. Sign in the same way again and it's all there: balance, positions, history. If you lose access to your email or Google account, recover that first with your email provider or Google.
- Your own wallet app: you hold the recovery phrase for that wallet, not us. Keep it written down somewhere safe and offline. If it's lost, nobody, including FightBets, can get it back for you.
Tip: Always sign in with the same method you used the first time. If you signed up with an email code, use the email code. A different method can open a different, empty wallet and make it look like your money is gone.
Simple habits that help
- Secure your email. Your email is how you get your login codes. Use a strong password and turn on two-step verification with your email provider.
- Check the address bar. Only enter codes on fightbets.com. Be wary of links in messages that push you to "verify" or "unlock" anything.
- Log out on shared devices. Borrowed phone, work laptop, friend's computer: log out when you're done.
- Double-check withdrawal addresses. Money sent to the wrong address can't be pulled back. Copy and paste the address, then check the first and last few characters.
- Ignore "guaranteed win" offers. No one can promise a fight result. Anyone selling sure picks or offering to "double your deposit" is after your money.
Your money stays yours
Your Cash sits in a wallet that belongs to you, and FightBets is never the other side of your bet. Promotional credit is the exception: FightBets keeps it on your account. See Your wallet.
