Contact support

Reach the FightBets team by live chat, email or an in-app report, and what to include so we can help fast.

Couldn't find the answer in the docs? Talk to us. There are three ways in.

1. Live chat

The fastest way to reach the team.

  1. Tap Priority Support at the bottom of the sidebar.
  2. Tap Chat with support.

You can also open Get help and tap Start chat. To pick up an old conversation, use My support requests in the same menu.

The Priority Support menu: Chat with support, Email us and Share feedback.

Note: Live chat isn't offered in every region. If you don't see Chat with support, use email instead. It works from everywhere.

2. Email

Write to [email protected]. You'll also find the address under Priority Support → Email us and on the Get help page, with a Copy button.

Email is the best choice when you need to attach a transaction or long details.

3. Report an issue in the app

Something broken? Report it from the app.

  1. Tap Priority Support, then Share feedback. You can also go straight to the report form.
  2. Pick what it's about: Something's broken, Money or balance issue, or I have an idea.
  3. Describe what happened, in up to 4,000 characters.
  4. Add a screenshot or a short screen recording (up to 60 MB) if you can. It helps a lot.
  5. Tap Send report.

Your report goes straight to the team, along with the page you were on before you opened the form, your app version and device details, so we can reproduce the problem. You don't need to be logged in to send one. If we need more detail, we'll reach out.

What to include

Include these so we can help on the first reply:

  • The email or login method you use for FightBets.
  • What you expected and what happened instead.
  • The fight the problem is about, if there is one.
  • Any ref code from an error message, like (ref 7F2K9Q).
  • For deposits and withdrawals: the amount, the time, and the transaction link or ID if you have one.
  • A screenshot of the error.

Warning: Never send your login code, private key or recovery phrase, to us or anyone else. We'll never ask for them. See Security.
