Claiming winnings

How winnings move into your Cash: the Claim all card, automatic claims, and the Claim button on each position.

You won. Nice. There's one more step before you can use the money.

Why winnings need a claim

Your bet lives in your own wallet as shares. When the fight is settled, each winning share is worth $1, but it's still a share until you swap it for Cash. That's what a claim does.

The Winnings ready to claim card

When you have settled wins, a Winnings ready to claim card shows at the top of your Dashboard and your Wallet. It shows the total and how many settled bets it covers.

  1. Tap Claim all.
  2. Wait for "Claimed $X USDC".

Every settled win and draw is claimed in one go. The card goes away once there's nothing left to claim.

Automatic claims

If you signed in with email, Google or a passkey, you usually don't need to tap anything. When you open your Dashboard or Wallet, the app claims your settled wins for you, once per visit. You'll see "Claimed $X of winnings — it's in your balance".

If that doesn't go through, the card stays, and Claim all is there to try again.

If you connected your own wallet (like MetaMask), claims aren't automatic. Tap Claim all, and approve it in your wallet.

Claim one position at a time

You can still claim a single bet from Wallet, on the Positions tab.

  • You won: the bet shows a Claim button.
  • No winner (a draw, or a fight the market settles without a winner): every share on both sides pays 50¢, and the bet also shows Claim. See How bets settle.
  • You lost: the bet drops off your Positions. Nothing to claim.

While the fight is still open, the same spot shows Sell instead. See Cashing out early.

Tap Claim and wait for "Claimed $X USDC". The money is now in your Cash. You can bet it again or withdraw it.

Good to know

  • Success means the money moved. The app only says "Claimed" once your winnings have actually reached your Cash.
  • "The claim did not go through on-chain. Your winnings are still there — try again." Nothing was lost. Tap Claim all or Claim again.
  • Your Portfolio already counts it. Before you claim, the winnings show in your Portfolio total but not in Cash. That's why it can look like your balance didn't change.
  • Your winnings wait for you. You don't lose a won bet by claiming it late.
  • "Redemption failed" with "A previous redeem is still confirming." You tapped Claim twice, or a past claim is still going through. Wait about 30 seconds and try again.
  • "A claim is already running." Another claim is in progress. Your winnings will show up in a moment.

Tip: "I won but my balance didn't change" is almost always an unclaimed win. Look for the Winnings ready to claim card on your Dashboard or Wallet before anything else.

Rewards are different

Rewards like cash back aren't claimed from this card or from Positions. They come with their own claim link by email, and a Reward ready to claim card on your Dashboard and Earn page. They must be claimed within 30 days. See Rewards.
